This was a slow start to the day it's not cold just a little cloudy it's just in Karratha there isn't much to do unless you are fishing and the wind has been too strong for that.

After coffee and breakfast we just took it real slow myself and Merv spent a long time on the phone to Nikki talking to her about the problems she is having with the kids, she is very down at the moment and finding things very hard, it is so difficult when one is so far away.

After several coffees we thought we should go for a walk down the street just to get out of the park, we just started walking down the street and along the highway.

We crossed the highway near the T.A.F.E, we were looking for the Yaburara Heritage Trail.

This trail goes in a number of different directions one goes up over quite a steep hill, I  didn't think it would be smart me doing that one yet.

We followed a trail that followed along through a gully and up a small hill, it was a nice walk we saw some really pretty flowers and the tiniest lizards approximately 2 inches long but boy they were fast.

The walk was approximately 6 km not very far, so later in the afternoon we went for another walk around the park.
