1st November 2021 Hopetoun

Another nice day today after making a couple of phone calls we went for a long walk, we found a small store cafe that we hadn't noticed earlier, it is locates down near the pub.

This store had some of the best and cheapest potatoes, turmeric was half the price as IGA, he didn't have a huge range but his price as were very good, the one thing he did have which we got for morning tea was the best, without any question, vanilla slice on the planet.

While we were out walking we met a man from Southern Cross who does a lot of gold detecting , we had a lengthy interesting conversation.

My doctor was supposed to call between 3-3.30 we waited and waited, by 5.30 we decided maybe she wasn't going to call so we went for another walk, we were in a nice windy area approximately 6o'clock when she rang it was hard to hear but we managed to hear the good  news she got all the cancer.

There was good public facilities down near the wharf for people swimming so we would go down tothe car park  have breakfast overlooking the water and have a shower, they were cold but good.
